We’re looking for an energetic sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to drive revenue growth, and add new customers. This is a work from home (WFH), part time position. You must live in North Carolina to be considered for employment.
Responsibilities:
- Sell services to existing and prospective customers
- Generate leads for services through cold calling, networking, etc.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through phone & email as required
- Solve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets set forth in contract
- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments
- Generate reports on new sales, target goals, & issues to the management
- Update customer and prospective customer information in CRM
Requirements:
- B2B Sales experience
- Customer service experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Some college/AA/AS/BA/BS preferred
- Able to travel if necessary within territory to meet customers
WFH requirements:
- Desktop and/or laptop that can operate multiple cloud based systems simultaneously
- Wired (ethernet) high speed internet connection (no WiFi, hotspot, Fixed Wireless, Satellite)
- Internet speed: minimum 25Mbps down/5Mbps up
- USB noise cancelling headset (no Bluetooth or wireless)
- Quiet, distraction free WFH office
- Live in North Carolina
- Be willing to work part-time (up to 28 hours per week) during our business hours (9AM-6PM ET)
Pay/Benefits:
- Base pay of $8/hour
- Generous tiered commission structure upon contract signing & payment from customer
- Residual commission upon customer payment of invoice
- No other company paid benefits
Company does not reimburse employees for WFH expenses such as internet, computer, headsets, cell service, etc. We have several sales representative positions we are recruiting for at this time.
